Accessibility statement

Our accessibility target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the AboutSexToys storefront and editorial content. This is a working target, not a claim that every page or third-party service is free of barriers.

What we design and test for

Our implementation priorities include:

• semantic headings, landmarks, lists and controls that support screen-reader navigation;
• keyboard access, logical focus order and a visible focus indicator;
• labels and instructions that do not rely on placeholder text alone;
• text and interface contrast that remains readable against the site's soft color palette;
• meaningful alternative text for editorial and product imagery;
• responsive layouts that reflow on small screens and at increased text size; and
• motion and interaction patterns that do not make content needlessly difficult to follow.

We also check dynamic experiences—filters, dialogs, image galleries, accordions, cart controls and product pickers—because a page can be technically readable while its most important action remains inaccessible.

Third-party services and changing catalog content

Checkout, payment, shipping tracking and some product media may be provided by another service. Their accessibility can differ from the AboutSexToys interface. Product records also change frequently, and supplier-provided images or descriptions may need additional correction after an update.

If a third-party step creates a barrier, contact us with the page and task. We can document the issue, help identify another route when one is available and raise the problem with the provider.

Report a barrier or request help

Email hello@aboutsextoys.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Helpful details include:

• the page URL and what you were trying to do;
• the browser, device and assistive technology, when relevant;
• what happened and what you expected; and
• a screenshot or recording if sharing one is comfortable.

You do not need to disclose a disability. If written content is difficult to use in its current format, tell us which information you need and the format that would help.
