Orders, delivery and returns
Email hello@aboutsextoys.com for help with an order, payment, delivery, damaged parcel or return. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout so the team can find the purchase. If something arrived damaged, say which item is affected and keep the product and packaging while we confirm the next step.
Never email a full card number, security code or account password. We will not ask for those details by email.
Help choosing or caring for a product
If two products look similar, tell us what you are comparing and which details matter to you—size, material, controls, stimulation style, care or lubricant compatibility. We can explain the product information we have and point you toward the relevant guide. We cannot diagnose symptoms or give individualized medical advice.

Send reader questions, article ideas and review questions to ask@aboutsextoys.com. You may use a first name or write anonymously. A message is never permission to publish your name, email address or identifying details.
If you spot a factual error, include the page URL, the passage in question and a reliable source when you have one. Corrections are assessed against our editorial standards and made transparently when needed.
