What discreet packaging means

Orders ship in unbranded outer packaging with no product imagery and no description of contents on the shipping label. A neutral sender name is used on the outside. The packaging still carries the address, postage and carrier information needed to deliver it.

Product packaging remains inside the parcel, so take that into account if someone else may open deliveries at your address.

Delivery choices and cost

Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the services currently available for that destination, their prices and the estimated dates. Those details can vary by address and carrier, so the checkout estimate is more useful than a single site-wide promise.

Check the address before paying

Confirm the recipient name, apartment or unit number, postcode and contact details before placing the order. If an address needs changing afterward, contact hello@aboutsextoys.com as soon as possible. Fulfillment may begin quickly, so an amendment cannot be guaranteed once the order is in progress.

Dispatch, tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, the dispatch email contains the carrier link. Carrier scans are the best source for the current location and revised delivery date. An order may not show movement immediately after a label is created; the first scan can appear after the parcel enters the carrier network.

If the tracking says delivered but the parcel is not there, check the delivery location, safe place, reception desk and anyone else at the address. Then contact customer care with the order number and tracking link. If the parcel has visible damage, take clear photos before opening it and keep the outer packaging. Those images may be needed for a carrier claim.

Undeliverable US orders

A US order returned to sender as undeliverable as addressed, unclaimed or refused is subject to a 20% returns-processing fee, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. What appears on the payment statement

Checkout shows the billing descriptor before payment. It is intended to avoid naming the product category, but the bank or card provider controls how transaction information is displayed in its own app or statement.
